These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Bambino Shoes. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, Payment Guide, and Privacy Policy.
Our Products
Bambino Shoes specializes in premium handmade leather footwear for retail and wholesale customers. We also offer made-to-order shoes and can produce a wide range of styles according to agreed specifications. Because leather is a natural material and our products are handmade, minor variations in grain, texture, shade, and finish are normal and make each pair unique.
Product Information and Measurements
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, and photographs accurately. Screen settings and natural material variations may affect appearance. Customers are responsible for checking product details, footwear size, measurements, quantities, colours, and customization instructions before placing an order.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after the order details, availability, customization requirements, and payment have been confirmed. We may contact you if additional measurements or information are required. If we cannot accept an order, any payment collected for the unavailable item will be handled through the original payment method.
Prices and Payment
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment provider displayed at checkout, including Stripe where available. Bambino Shoes does not intentionally receive or store your complete payment-card details. Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, and production arrangements may be agreed separately in writing.
Production Time
Normal orders are generally prepared within 10 to 12 working days. Rush orders can be prepared within 10 working days, subject to product complexity, material availability, and confirmation by Bambino Shoes. An additional rush-order fee will apply. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping
We provide free standard shipping within the USA and worldwide. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier. Tracking information will be provided where available. Customs inspections, weather, incorrect delivery details, courier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Free shipping covers the standard shipping charge. Any import duties, customs taxes, brokerage charges, or local government fees imposed by the destination country remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once materials have been cut, production has started, or a custom order has been confirmed, changes or cancellation may not be possible. Any approved change may affect price and production time.
Returns and Exchanges
If an item is defective, damaged due to our workmanship, or incorrect because of a Bambino Shoes error, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Once approved, Bambino Shoes will cover the reasonable return expense and provide the appropriate replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.
If the item is not defective and there was no mistake by Bambino Shoes, any approved return must be sent at the customer’s expense. Made-to-order or personalized products are not normally returnable merely because of a change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied measurements, or an incorrectly selected option. All returns require prior authorization and must follow our Return and Exchange Policy.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its accounts, checkout, security, or operation. Website text, branding, product photographs, and original designs may not be copied or used commercially without written permission from Bambino Shoes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bambino Shoes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, delays outside our reasonable control, or problems caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates to These Terms
We may update product information, prices, policies, or these terms when necessary. The version displayed on this page at the time an order is placed will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
